Quantitative Polar Panels C-SCOPE Q110 Q353

C-SCOPE, Q110 and Q353 panels consist of targeted 116. 110 or 353 respectively polar metabolites representing a wide range of metabolite classes. While C-SCOPE is most often used as a stand-alone to measure glycolysis in cells, the Q110 and Q353 panels are most often used with untargeted metabolomics such as OMEGA Scan.

C-SCOPE, Q110 and Q353 Quantitative Polar Panels: Targeted quantitative

C-SCOPE is an unique panel designed for cellular metabolomics and often used to examine glycolysis in cancer cells. The focus of the 116 metabolites in C-SCOPE is the coverage of the glycolytic, TCA and Urea cycle pathways, that also includes ATP ADP and AMP to calculate adenylate energy charge to determine cell viability. The Q110 and Q353 panels are designed for more general use in other sample types – plasma serum stool, any other matrix. The Q353 quantitates approximately 250 to 270 metabolites in human plasma. This platform is an excellent tool biomarker discovery, quality control and batch to batch assessments in plasma, serum and tissues. For biomarker discovery in human plasma, the Q353 is often used with OMEGA Scan and LC-OMEGA to complete a large and in depth metabolomic profiling. The ability to provide a quantitative analysis with untargeted analysis is unique to HMT.  We have a reference list of Q353 for human plasma that can act as a virtual normal control to compare for quality assessment and biomarker discovery. Both Q110 and Q353 cover many different classes of compounds – amino acids, nucleic acids, sugar phosphates, glutathione, urea cycle and much more. The Q110 can also be modified to include metabolites not in the Q110 list.
