OMEGA-SCAN: Untargeted Polar Metabolites
OMEGA Scan Produces 550 to 650 polar metabolites in biofluids, tissues, and cells. Our CEMS platform is the superior metabolite separation method for compound resolution that is capable of separating structural and positional isomers that other chromatography methods struggle. This advantage provides greater specificity for metabolite identification. The OMEGA Scan advanced option combined with our OMEGA Search algorithm provide for the discovery of novel metabolites not in our library. OMEGA scan can be used as the single platform or combined with an LCMS or LCMSMS method to add lipids to the discovery.
