Low-Cost Options: Basic Scan and Dual Scan
While OMEGA-SCAN and LC-OMEGA are our flagship platforms based upon high resolution chromatography and high-resolution mass spectrometry using Thermo Scientific’s Q Exactive™ Plus Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap™, we offer lower cost options using Agilent CE-TOFMS system. Ideal for those interested in high abundant metabolites in plant extracts, agricultural products, supernatants, fermentation broths and more, where high sensitivity and coverage is not required for metabolomic analysis. Dual Scan includes profiling both polar and lipid metabolites using combination of CEMS and LCMS methods. The Q110 quantitative panel is included with both Basic Scan (CE only) and Dual Scan.
